If one is doing the deed, so to speak, and their willing co-deeder happens to cease living during this deed, and this is overlooked, even for a short amount of time, does that make one a necrophiliac?
An accidental unintentional necrophiliac is a necrophiliac all the same.

Its like statutory rape, is the offender is unaware that the person is under aged and it isnt obvious then its not a crime. If the person is unaware the partner is not alive and it isnt obvious then its not a crime.
